Waterproofing Treatment Options:

01.Terrace Flooring

At Aqualock Waterproofing Solutions, we provide a systematic terrace waterproofing process to ensure reliable and long-lasting protection against water seepage.
The process begins with dismantling existing flooring, removing debris, and thoroughly preparing the surface for treatment.
Visible cracks are identified, properly opened where necessary, and sealed using suitable crack-filling materials.
A cementitious slurry coat and bonding layer are applied to prepare the surface for the new concrete treatment.
The Metal Coba system is implemented with proper drainage slopes, rounded corner haunchings, and a maximum concrete thickness of 3 inches, subject to site conditions.
The terrace is finished with a smooth surface and a uniform 2 × 2 box pattern, followed by a controlled 7-day curing period.
Finally, two coats of waterproofing material are applied in perpendicular directions to provide uniform coverage and enhanced resistance to water penetration.

02. Membrane Sheet

Open the cracks by cutting along their length and fill them with a suitable repair mortar or sealant to prevent water seepage.

Apply a uniform coat of primer over the prepared slab and allow it to dry completely.

Position the Aluminum foil membrane sheet over the primed surface, ensuring proper alignment and coverage.

Heat the underside of the membrane sheet using a gas torch and carefully press it onto the concrete surface to ensure proper bonding.

Provide an overlap of 75–100 mm between adjacent membrane sheets. Heat and seal all joints properly to prevent water penetration.

Reinforce parapet wall junctions, corners, and drainage outlets with additional membrane pieces to ensure effective waterproofing.

03. 45 GSM Mesh & Cloth Coating

The surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, dirt, and loose particles.
The surface is re-cleaned using an iron brush and air blower to ensure proper preparation.
Cracks are mechanically or manually cut into a V-groove and filled with a suitable PU sealant.
One coat of primer is applied uniformly over the prepared surface.
A 45 GSM fibre mesh is installed over the treated surface to reinforce the waterproofing system.
A second coat of waterproofing coating is applied uniformly over the fibre mesh.
The surface is inspected to ensure complete coverage and effective, long-lasting waterproofing protection.
